Delta Quilter’s Retreat

The 9th Annual Delta Quilters’ Retreat will again be held at the Alliance Redwoods Conference Grounds in Occidental, CA.
This Retreat is a good way to finish up those UFO’s, and become better acquainted with fellow quilters, and have FUN!!!! So think about packing up your cars with UFO’s, sewing machines and lots of goodies for a wonderful weekend in the Redwoods. The committee has some cute, fast projects/activities planned and you will still have lots of time for your projects.
Cost:
$240 1/14–1/17 3 nights, 5 meals
$215 1/15–1/17, 2 nights, 5 meals
You can make monthly payments or pay the full amount. The full amount is due by 11/9/2009. If Guild Members do not fill the 30 spaces, non-members will be welcome ($225 or $250). For any reason you may have to cancel, a refund is not guaranteed. Replacement attendees will be con-sidered only if information questionnaire has been completed, and they meet the criteria needed for their room assignments, e.g. snoring or bunk bed issues.
NOTE: No meals will be served by the Alliance Conference staff on Thursday night, Friday morning and afternoon or Sunday noon. A variety of restaurants are located near by. The Retreat Committee will be providing Thurday Evening’s dinner (very yummy).
Please stop by the Retreat Table at the General Meeting to: sign up, make a $40 deposit and complete a questionnaire. We look forward to seeing you at the meeting!!
